Press-to-talk over cellular uses devices that look similar to Two-Way Radios but for remote usage have a Telco Sim Card in the back or if in house can also be used on WiFi (no sim needed) This system can even operate on a Mobile Phone with the Ozitel App that acts as a Two-Way Radio as well.

How Ozitel Push-to-Talk is Different
Ozitel Push-to-Talk solution uses the data side of the cellular phone network. This part of the network it is much faster, less congested and has better coverage than the voice network. With Roaming turned on all networks are joined together both Nationally and Internationally and that means that you have Instant communications from one person to another or to many people and groups instantly from one side of the world to the other.
Ozitel operates Over-The-Top (OTT) of all networks and even though you have a Sim Card through one network (say Telstra) you can talk to others that have different brands of Sims on other networks instantly. You can talk to groups of people on different networks and even in different countries ALL at the press of a button.
Ozitel Despatch also allows for “Guard Tour Tracking” and “Geo-Fencing” for Security or Delivery Personnel. One can track all users and if they are at the correct Co-Ordinate it will alarm the system and record their position. If they go off course it will also alarm the System and will record all of their historical Trip via the Breadcrumb system for historical purposes. Very good for OH&S issues if required plus it can send text messages and video calls and record them too.
